BIRTHDAY OFFERING - Our monthly birthday and anniversary
offering will be held on Sunday, April 19.
NOT TOO LATE - Even in 2009, you can still make
contributions to your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) up to the April 15
tax deadline and apply the deduction to 2008. Your local MMA counselor can help you meet your goals.
PALESTINIAN FOCUS - On Sunday, April 26, Gordon Brubacher
will speak about concerns regarding the situation of people in Palestine
during the worship service. A
Palestinian Potluck Fundraiser will follow the service to raise support for
Jessica Frederick's Christian Peacemaker Team service in At-Tuwani. Following the dinner Jessica will give a
brief update.
Recipes will be provided for those who would like to bring
Palestinian dishes for the potluck fundraiser. Other foods are welcome as well!

WOMEN'S SPRING TEA
- Get your aprons ironed! (just kidding). All women and girls are invited to
a brunch on Saturday, April 25, at 10:00 a.m. at the church. If you
have a favorite apron, bring it. Sign
up to attend by April 12 on the bulletin board near the kitchen. There is
also a sign-up sheet for those willing to bring food. Feel free to
invite a family member or friend and come join us for a morning of fun!
