Focus on Palestine

Occupied Palestine will be the focus at First Mennonite Church on Sunday, April 26.  Dr. Gordon Brubacher will preach during the 10:45 a.m. worship service, sharing from his academic and personal experiences in the area.

A benefit potluck dinner will be held at noon.  Everyone is invited to bring a Palestinian dish.  Recipes are available.  Regular potluck fare is welcome.  Donations will be received to support the work of Christian Peacemaker Team member Jessica Frederick who serves in the Palestinian village of At-Tuani.

At 1:00 p.m. Jessica Frederick and Lincoln Palestinians Issa and Fayruz Ismail will give a brief update.
